1. Nature of Digital Services

All our services are digital, custom, and require time, planning, manpower, and strategic execution. Due to the intensive and tailored nature of our work, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the project has been initiated or any part of the service has been delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Initiation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment by notifying us in writing via email.

If our team has not yet started research, planning, or execution, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

A cancellation request will not be accepted if any work has already started on your project.

After Project Initiation

Once the project has been assigned and work has begun, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

However, you may:

  • Pause the project for up to 30 days, or

  • Transfer the remaining balance to another project of equal value

This is subject to mutual agreement and the scope of work.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the resource-intensive nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided, except under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal operational or technical issues.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you mistakenly submit payment twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following:

  • If you change your mind after the project has started

  • If you are not satisfied with results, as digital marketing outcomes depend on external factors like search algorithms, market competition, and audience behavior

  • If the project is cancelled after work has begun

  • For services already delivered (design mockups, written content, SEO changes, campaign setup, etc.)

  • If delays occur due to incomplete information or communication gaps on the client’s side

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation or refund requests must follow this process:

  1. Send an Email:
    Write to us at refunds@indiawebmarketing.com using your registered email address.

  2. Provide Complete Details:
    Include your Project ID, Invoice Number, and a clear explanation of your request.

  3. Review Time:
    Our team will review your claim and respond within 7–10 business days.

5. Policy Changes
