  • Make payments according to the selected pricing plan

  • Grant necessary access to websites, social media accounts, hosting, and other required platforms

  • Provide approvals and feedback within reasonable time

  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations

  • Ensure that any material you provide does not violate copyright or third-party rights

Failure to comply may result in project delays or suspension of service.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Payments must be made in advance, unless mutually agreed in writing

  • Late or missed payments may result in delays or suspension of ongoing services

  • All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Pricing may be updated with 30 days’ notice for existing clients

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All concepts, designs, strategies, and materials created by India Web Marketing remain our property until full payment is received

  • After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client

  • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Clients must ensure they own or have rights to any content provided to us; we hold no responsibility for copyright violations caused by client-supplied material

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information

  • Not disclose such information to third parties without written consent

  • Take reasonable measures to protect confidential data

This obligation remains in effect even after termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

India Web Marketing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

We do not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or business outcomes, as digital marketing results can vary due to algorithm updates, competition, and market conditions.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms such as:

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta (Facebook) Ads

  • Google Ads

  • Email marketing platforms

  • Social media platforms

  • Project management tools

Clients are subject to the terms and policies of these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, issues, or policy updates.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services:

  • With 30 days’ written notice, or

  • Immediately if the other party breaches these terms, or

  • Due to non-payment

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding dues must be paid immediately

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered after payment

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State].
